Simpsons is One of the few companies which manufacturers diesel engines. Very good for career start up. We can learn the basics of engine very strongly. One of the old company in Chennai and has a good brand image. Located in hot of the city - Anna salai.

Huge barren land in factory premises for movement of transport goods Old culture and systems are still running in the setup in old fashioned way No market exposure since it is a vendor unit with 2 old workshops for assembly against group company OEM order (90% business). Hence managers are able to dedicate full time on internal policitcs and welfare of own relatives within the company.

Dislikes

Short Managers with short syndrome - most insecure industry rejects who are solely driven by politics . Highly corrupt managers - most top managers run their own companies as suppliers and service providers.
