If you're great in Office Politics, you'll survive. The way constables are treated like peons of higher rank authorities if you're comfortable with that then sure, go ahead with this.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. People do not respect their subordinates. You will be asked to work all 7 days in sales including any national or festival holiday though you will reach your target. Better not to join here as the management is too rude to employees. Always threthns people saying they will fire by putting in PIP. Hire and fire policy

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
