Worst company with the worst culture. No freedom of life only sales. They will tell you working hours from 10-7 but actual timings are 9:30 to 8:30. You can't be late by even 10min they will track you by peoplestrong app. Forget the skills you will learn. Stagnant skills you will improve. And whatever they promise of hike it's not that easy only 1 can get in 100 people. You must achieve 80% of target for constant 6months then you will get the hike. And targets are huge remember that. Work life balance is zero.... It is 9-10pm job. U won't get time for breakfast dinner... And lunch will b for limited time. And no leave will be approved. U will feel insecure about job every moment.

Got a huge hike on to join the company, however, my tenure was very short due to the worst work culture. suggest not to join the company in a procurement role if you care about your career

1) Here appraisals happen only if you are good enough to your manager. Like those who can stand by rules and work in shift hours maintaining best performance than everyone can still not get good hike and appraisal. 2)You will be told to question and bring new ideas but when those new thoughts question the ability of your manager which makes them feel insecure will lead to warning emails. 3)They conveniently change the company's name saying that all corporate MNC's are like this and you are expected to follow rules and irony the same person expects you talk on call and expect you to be available even though when you are on leave saying that its a round to clock job. 4) If you are person who don't want to make work as your life and wish to differentiate b/w personal and professional life.
