Horrible work culture, no employee beneficial policies. Salary is 6 months delayed on an average; there are some who haven't received salary since a year. But, few people have kept good relationship with MIS dept and bags their salary on time - which shows what control the management has on its departments. Hundreds have resigned because of this salary issue. There's no medical insurance, no bonus, no increment. Promotion is often given to the ones in good book. There are wrong people heading wrong departments. It's hard to believe but even proper chair is not provided to employees in office! While 'fund issue' is always stated to employees, crores of rupees are spent for Vaastu and directors' cars. There is groupism and back-stabbing everywhere.
