It's company very chan and oiling system.there is no value of qualified candidates.if you come from any HR level then do not capable of work work.just example I was duty in lock down period but my attendance is nil but who are sitting at home there attendance is ok due they are references staff.

I bagged lots of skills from here, but its from only one person (I declared him as my teacher, My leader, My elder brother), if I doing well in my career that is only possible for him, who sitting behind me, he was my senior, and my reporting boss was practically a very good person.

Dislikes

They dont give salary on time, I faced 6 months backlog.. Management expectations is beyond your capability (if your designation is junior accountant, they should expect as CA).. Management persons behavior is very rude, Statutory Department is useless. I faced lot of politics when I joined the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
