Good environment but management policies are not transparent towards employees. They are not being able to pay the salary as well as other benifits to employees in time. Employees are always struggling for their salary and other dues. No cultural activities are their.

Dislikes

Management policies are not transparent. Bengali as well as Marwadi people who belongs to Rajasthan always get additional benefits/advantages as compare to other regions. It is very difficult to tolerate all these things. Good buttering will always give some additional benifits. One thing is very important that the environment of work for women is not good morally.

Working environment is very good. Team mates are supportive and cooperative. Management policies are very transparent towards employees.

Dislikes

In some areas, improvement is required like complete the project in time. Also need some planning how to execute the work in professional manner.
