The manger, the higher manager will not let you survive in such a toxic organization don't trust the HRs as well. They will tell u they r gonna give hikes and boom after few months the company is facing financial issues and they delay salary. Waste no growth in organization.

It's a Start-up, there is lot of learning. Supporting colleague and strong firmware lead to support. Challenging tasks.

Dislikes

Changing Requirements. Work life balance is zero need to work even on weekend to complete the task. HR policies are not upto the industry standard and can change frequently. There is no salary hike unless you put your papers. Company does haven't Funding and doesn't approve budget for equipment or tools procurement. They may try cut down cost by providing LOP whenever they could possible.

Working here from last 2 years. Learnt a lot and young and dynamic team. You enjoy every bit of development and kind of learning you get is not just on the work. You get to interact with core Team and management. Support I got in filling the patent and got full support on developing the tech. Thanks simple!.

Not much bothering. I see some improvements. Need more townhall/all hands and give more growth insights which will help and boost us. Which is lagging. Hope management improves and gives more insights on the growth and sales and future plans.

Except for the culture everything is terrible, there is no transportation or food and employment benefits are inadequate. Process are not streamlined and the leadership is very poor, joining is waste of time ,as the environment is full of politics . If they apply change management only it’s good 👍🏻
