A strong word - racism by the lords in Simcorp, Copenhagen, Denmark, Europe based existing employees are full of job insecurity who live in a constant fear to being replaced by cheap resources. And all of that reflects in their behavior, they would try all sort of sheer tactics to outcast new joiners in their projects. There is a huge lack of maturity in management in India office. Its better to join the worst reviewed IT company in India, than Simcorp, Noida, India.
