This company has changed my view about consultancy..We know consultancies for their tight targets, 6days working, no work life balance. Its best co. to learn , grow, contribute . Great culture, transparency and sense of ownership. I like the fact that they give ample growth to everyone who performs - senior or junior. Surprised to some -ve reviews here, probably some low performing ex employee who wanted to vent out their frustration.
