CEO of the company don't know how to talk to thier employees. Very cheap kind of nature and yes they look into your mobile through cctv and cut your salary. It looks like employee are in school not in corporate.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Very poor work environment and culture. Teammates are very unsupportive and the management is also very bad. They don't give employee privacy, company's CEO use to check cctv footage 24*7 and zoom on every employee's mobile and PC. They don't even celebrate festivals. Company policies changes day by day, you'll get every morning newrules and regulations. If you'll get 5min late HR will consider your half day for that particular day....Read More
