When I was Covid 19 positive the management tried to liked me out from the job. They tried to hired many candidates instead of me but unfortunately they couldn't. On the request the management did not provide WFH anymore. When lockdown opened the management forced to employees to join the company else the way they spoke that who will come will get their job and who will not will lost their job where MNC, others BPO and other companies were providing all facilities to their employees and they allowed their employees WFH....Read More

At the time of the hiring they informed something else and once candidates hired the TL, AM and M forced candidates to do different work. It doesn't matter for them that candidates are from that field or not. They want that candidates work according to them where candidates has hired for something else.

Work Details

I will never join this BPO company again in the future. The things which has happened with me wasn't good anymore. It was like I am a bandhuaa majdoor and I was harrasing there.
