Working at silaris information pvt ltd was good for the first couple of months but after a few months it was hell, the company does not pay according to the work incentive are not paid on time but one good to take away is the continuous session to better your com skills and overall personality.

Dislikes

Job security is a major no in this organisation also the management is not to good and are not at all understanding.

Mangement was good and they did creative activity on time to time like fund sassion and games etc.

they doesn't provide salary account and most of time salary we get late, they didn't proivde PF and ESIC facilities.. so it should be change and should be fixed..

when i joined at silaris in 2016 at MMT process which was recelty started on that time. i was having great experience their. Many things I learned from there.. overall i have good experience like 10 out of 8.
