The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that I am a part of a team that has a high quality development process. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration

Likes

Joining the organization as a consultant is not a good idea. The organization doesn't have a proper system of promotion. Work culture is fine. Consultant will have one year of contract period and you have to prove yourself extraordinary in this period . The company doesn't have employee friendly policies as well.

Dislikes

There is no politics and the management does address issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. One month notice period. On job training is not given to the new joiners.
