For me Only a few thing matters in any company - A good work culture, supportive management to support employee growth, well designed task distribution, salary on time & the other benefits that company decides to offer.

Dislikes

Only some of the points mentioned in the likes section is 100% true here, other things need a huge improvements. Especially task distribution & support from management. Appraisal process is a hassle to follow.

I was uncertain about joining Signzy after reading the reviews & ratings but after joining Signzy I truly feel it is great place to work,learn and grow. It may have been a toxic workculture before, but now things have changed and Manager(Ranganath) is a cool guy. He have good balance of the team. - "I feel that working here is tunring out to be a good choice."

Problem is that work culture changes depends upon the project. Depends on some project requirement they are totally ignore the employees request,health and requirements. In the first year appraisal will be good ,from the next year salary increament got stopped and only work load will get increased and appraisal also not doing timely.
