You will get freedom for your planinng and excuetion also budget you can plan for your next year which is learning. There is gudiance from your colleagues.

Dislikes

Its has polictis and management issue along with no good incentives plans for sales which motivated but early it was there till 2020.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Its challenging now as compare before 2020 beacuse of department mergers work load increases without much increase in salary.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

You will be working with various departments having different products with value added approach in business development will enhance your skill at same will give entrepreneurs learning for handling your territory business. Travel policy and health policy are ok.

Incdntive policy can be improved it should be quaterly with more aggressive incentive scheme.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
