While joining this company please check the background of company and culture. How they will check for employee background even employee need to check for BG. Castizm,Illogical work pressure, no work life balance, no work time,you can receive call from seniors late night 11or 12 pm. According to me signify is hell,stay at home without job but never join signify. HRs are puppet of managers. Seniors uses abusive language,even they can beat employees. Completely corrupt management.

Sale oriented company, recently insourced the work from Infosys facing challenges in process stabilization... Unprofessional management, sales declining so cost cutting is on ongoing.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism. No leader only management is there to point out when issue comes. Clever HR and management... You are advised to not work beyond shift but you have to work as work allocation is not proper.
