One of the worst MNC company. No top management support, No Line managers support, Anytime they can take action on employee without any prior notice. Don’t trust HR policies. While joining this company please check the background of company and culture. How they will check for employee background even employee need to check for BG. If you need survive in this company first learn language (telgu)

Cooper Lighting Pune team leadership is vision less and specifically Finance leader is a micro-manager.. He interfere in employees well being, leaves, WFH and provides flexibility to only limited people who just follow him

Everything is person driven not system driven, lots & lots of internal politics for appraisals, promotions. People at high places take bribe also from vendors which is either not known or ignored by the senior most management.

The work culture is terrible, the higher management is stodgy, no parking facility, no cab facility, overtime working without extra payment. Promotions happen after 3 years and nothing new to learn.
