No job security, Toxic management, Fake Managers.

Don't Go by its 4+ rating.It was forced on new employees to give positive rating..on Glassdoor and ambition box ...but it has highly toxic management.This is my first company where I have seen Good employees and colleagues but highly toxic management (especially one person in the management ,everyone has problem with)... also company is not making any money and won't be able to pay the employees for too long. When I joined there were around 50 people and as of today there are only 16 employees (whf + wfo) and out of which 90% the new people who are not aware about the management....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
