Inequity: While senior staff work from home, employees are mandated to work from the office. Limited Holidays: Only three holidays are provided during a six-month internship, with no time off for important festivals like Holi. Academic Pressure: A heavy workload of assignments, assessments, vivas, creating a college-like atmosphere, with high pass marks required (80 out of 100). Job Insecurity: Despite claims by the CEO, employees have been terminated without apparent reason, as seen after a company party. Hiring and Firing: The company hired 32 engineers from NITs and IIITs for 2023 but terminated 23 of them after their internship.
