Work-life balance is a great positive point of FNI. Fixed timing for shifts (Actually). Good professional development particularly in R&D department. Good basic facilities like subsidised transport & canteen for one time meal, free tea-coffee, free uniform & safety shoes to all employees, other PPE's relative to work. Good IT equipments & facilities.

Dislikes

Slow career growth & low/average increments. Unprofessional staff (hard to find respect in their verbal communications) Partiality in staff for HR department e.g. company outings happens for selective staff (Management members ONLY, for their foot lickers). Separate food dining for top executives visits (No common dining with other employees). Special refreshments (cold drinks, maggie, snacks) for top management & HR team....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
