Work-life balance is a great positive point of FNI. Fixed timing for shifts (Actually). Good professional development particularly in R&D department. Good basic facilities like subsidised transport & canteen for one time meal, free tea-coffee, free uniform & safety shoes to all employees, other PPE's relative to work. Good IT equipments & facilities.

Slow career growth & low/average increments. Unprofessional staff (hard to find respect in their verbal communications) Partiality in staff for HR department e.g. company outings happens for selective staff (Management members ONLY, for their foot lickers).
