Working with Sifars is Amazing. You get to handle the clients directly. Daily calls, meetings, task gets assigned to you, friendly work environment, support from your co-worker as well as from mentors, all of these you get here. Also, the hike is pretty good here, though it will be dependent on your responsibility and how well you manage them.
