There is no job security. Even after 18 years of service someone can tell you to resign & retire. There is no culture. If at all there is it is like gang of decoiets, Management does not respect you forget as professional but human either. Well defined policies are there but execution of those is horrible.

Being a product firm still my department worked as service. Politics played by German partners in fluences internal team politics as well. Impacts mental health.
