Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Great people, great work life balance. There is not much technical exciting work but overall you get work satisfaction, nice company culture and pay benefits. No work on weekends. Flexible working hours. I have not seen micro management at least in my team.
