Worst company for experienced professionals. Do not follow Siemens Ltd culture and policies. Salaries less than what you get in market. No organisation structure followed. No professional, technical or financial growth. Always cutting allowances and benifits by creating new policies.

unethical company where no one is happy everyone just want to be super hero. Because management also like super hero culture.all old guys capture the upar position and they want to set up there rule as per there standards.company doesn't have any standard of work.hr is not in the company.all are ( admin and hr are acting as PA of CEO) SPPAL have own policy which is equal to one of lala company. SPPAL is the portfolio companie of simens.You will not get all benifit of Siemens..They have made own culture n rule in team.No time flexibility .you need to go 8 o'clock n will not go before 15 mnt of 5 o'clock. Work from home is not allowed for SPPAL .and they expect you perform much higher.they will not give you any training to learn.Yearly increment is only 5 to 7 percent.
