There is a lot of politics and the management avoid our any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is dependent on manager not in my work. On the job training is not given to new joiners and much more.

Work life is very poor. That's why can't enough time to enjoy with family. Any time not working but listening to manager and big bosses i.e yes boss, good morning sir, good noon sir, good evening sir, good night sir, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Very worst experience in my life. There is no job security . Siemens using their contract employees like tissue papers. Company policies follows paper only.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Very low salary.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
