Job Description
- Create PSCAD model
- Conduct control parameter study
- Conduct dynamic performance study
- Conduct Sub-synchronous torsional Interaction study
- Conduct harmonic stability study
- Conduct interaction study
- Conduct Black start study
- Benchmark different test environment
- Short circuit studies for OWP
- Read, analyze and interpret customer requirement
- Apart from these primary functions, the incumbent shall also be expected to perform the following functions:
- Innovate and work out new techniques and solutions
- Active collaboration with Siemens Energy, Germany and other countries
- Impart training to external parties like clients
- Be willing to take over roles of other team members if the situation demands.
We don t need superheroes, just super minds:
Desirable technical skills:
- PSCAD,
- MATLAB, Simulink
- GIT
- Having a previous experience of working on HVDC - LCC projects would be an added advantage.
