What ever the gud infra, company culture or whatever, the team should be good and support to us. Without giving any task or work and us to simply sit , and mentiong that we are not working means then totally waste of everything.

Arrogant behaviour of architects and managers are non technical so they are puppets of architects if any bad architect is there is the team then there is no chance that manager can keep good culture in team, unfortunately I have an architect who discriminate people based on kannada language, this is misfortune for entire bengaluru, this can be only solved if companies will either shift to North region also or provide permanent work from home...Read More

This is the best company in the world. Everything here is smooth sailing. You should join this company if you really appreciate job security, work life balance. Managers are very friendly around here. Coworkers behave like family. Pay appraisals are very often.

Micromanagement of inexperienced scrum master, not good for long run, compromise on learn that is training to reach deadlines, manager more decade experience have ego problem for pointing out their mistakes.
