Worst work culture. The mentality of people is I pay you money for which you have to do what ever I say. Micro Management Avoid joining AT department if possible HR doesn't even take feedback from employees.

Company takes really good care of you and the Work life Balance is really good. They pay well according to the market. Plus you will get yearly gifts and bonuses. The company trusts you here and working hours are flexible. Company conducts a lot of behavioral as well as technical trainings and you can opt for them. Resources the company provides (Laptop etc) are top quality. Delicious Cafeteria benefits at a very meagre rate as of 2020. Gym and indoor games for free (pre-pandemic)
