Being a Sales Associate on 3rd party roles you won't find fixed set of responsibilities and everything changes in a flash and one can't adopt such working culture that's derived from inappropriate ideas of leadership. Just forgot about growth but your job is not guaranteed by the team you work for and last but not least your boss who you really trust is like Desh Ke Neta.
