Everything . First of all worst is not interesting. They say the project is extended stack has this and that but will make you work in poor technology. No trainings or anything. 14+ hours of work everyday and not even weekend is left out. Now they start torturing people with peakon results. Ofcourse it will be bad when you make us work this long and won’t pay or compensate us properly. They will say to comp offs but when you join back after a day there will be tons of work. Managers have worst attitude, they only aim to find people who gave bad rating and comments but not try to understand the actual issue.
