I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company is good in terms of work-life balance. If you are getting the expected annual package then only go for it.

Terrible and negative environment in this office, every single employee is searching opportunity outside the sidel. Sidel Engineering office located near Fujitsu and Capgemini is worse and the Driver (director) of this office is worst , aggressive and unprofessional. His approach to the candidate is based on the relation to him. No value to employee's efforts and contribution. Not supportive always procrastinates your problems if you ask him for a solution, fake personality. All the seniors have left the sidel just because of him, only freshers are there attracted by fake promises kind of lollipops. Every engineer has suffered during his notice period no matter what he delivered. HR doesn't know his rights and responsibilities he follows only this director. No expectation and support from HR....Read More
