Well, if you are getting a on -role job here, it's a very good opportunity for you in terms of benefits, compensation, work-life balance due to the employee centred culture. But as I'm on a third party payroll, it's not so well in case of job security, work opportunities which is very normal. But not so bar also...

Salary - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Scheduled Training was not given, maybe bcoz I'm on contract. But continuous guidance will be there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
