Before the management was changed, previous principal was good and understanding. We were given salary as well as our PF was cut and ESI facilities were given to us. A nice ventilated classroom with comfortable seats, good staffroom, washroom for teachers and good staff members.

Dislikes

Before change of management it was somewhat tolerable but after the management was changed they started giving unachievable tasks. The principal didn't even listen to employees. They took lakhs of money to make the teachers permanent. Those who didn't give money were on contract. On paper they showed different salary than the real one in hand</mark>. They send 22000 in bank and took 11000 in cash from us. Way of talking of principal was worse. They kicked out contractual teachers on any stupid reason....Read More

Work life was okay but we had to take the work home as the tasks were so unachievable that we couldn't have completed in those working hours

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
