I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As a start up and small organization, the organization will experience many falls and rises. No personal dislikes and in professional life the differences in opinion should be welcomed.

Good management. Good work culture. Job security is there.

Dislikes

1. Training: Does not happen. Should start. 2. salary/ appraisal: The process does not happen consistently. 3. Work environment: Before Covid it was good. In covid WFH. But office is inside a college, so not comfortable. 4. No extra benefits. No free Food. Pay half for group insurance. Individual insurance is covered. 5. No money against leave balance.
