I really like the culture here. People are too energetic. Founders are very easily approachable. So many things to learn.

Nothing is there to like about. I simply hate this company. They made my life miserable.

Everything. They are not paying salaries since 6-8 months. Not responding on mails, calls or whatsapp. When asked for dues, they threaten the employees.

TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAMMERS. NO REMMITTANCE TO COD SELLERS. NO PAYOUTS TO CUSTOMER FOR ITEM LOSS. WASTE OF OXYGEN FRAUD OWNER AND MANAGEMENT.

WORKING HOURS ARE HORRIBLE. EXPENSES, REIMBURSEMENTS AND PAYMENTS DUE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS WHERE OWNER IS BUYING NEW MERCEDES AND TAKING FAKE AWARDS OVERSEAS WHEREAS 500rs FOR EMPLOYEES ALLOWANCE IS TOO MUCH TO ASK. DO NOT ASK FOR INCENTIVES OR PAID LEAVES OR YOU WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT CAUSE. MORE THAN 40 EXECUTIVES LEFT WITHOUT NOTICE IN 2023

1.HR manager is fraud number one she said everytime salary is processed but it will credited after one month , 2.even I lost my job due to role redundancy, already 10 months over still not yet received complete fnf and even a single pf transaction also not done from there end for around 5 months 3.A flop and failed tech based startup struggling to provide salary & fnf for their employees 4.This is not organization,if u joined this company they will took all your salary pf amount as you donated to charity 5.1000 calls and mails sent to HR for the update she is failed to give proper update hide everything as per the company policy 6.i request relevant authorities to kindly shutdown this company save employees who working here....Read More

I was in Technology team and the CTO of the company is super micromanaging the team. Like if someone is late 5-10mins he write down the names and the same person late again by 5-10mins then he gives warning like come on time or you can leave. You will not have WFH if you don't have any work on a particular day. In the daily catchup call the CTO enquires every hour report. They have no money if want to work with this company for free then go ahead. They giving you salary after 2.5 months & Not giving you FNF After you leaving this company. I have never seen this kind of Worst culture .

As you can see from other reviews and Google reviews, Shypmax is a scam. They delay salary payments. I am fed up with false replies to customers. They are not refunding customers money. They are making customers wait for months. I am feeling pity for poor customers who fell into trap. Worst management and micro-managing mangers. Poor environment and false claims.
