One of my friend interviewed firstly online then face to face for Purulia location on 6th January, now it's February ending still the feedback is pending for the interview. My friend is still following up with HR department but the worst feedback he is receiving that we will let you know Don't know how many months or year is required for the interview evaluation. Worst hiring process.

It's a LALA COMPANY. Family person involvement in all department without a basic knowledge. You have to report a family person who has zero knowledge and experience in any particular department. 50 percent of total employees are from either family or close references. Almost nothing, Everything is worst, HR dept lead by the Head is a poison to the organisation. Sadly MD who is the owner of the company is not able to understand all this. Ironically everyone is playing safe and trying to demin each other!

Plant senior persons of few plant do whatever feels like and exploit and abuse other staffs employees and owners and promoters also listen them and they doesn't takes side of wat is right and oppose wrong. They can terminate any person within minute even who worked for long years and given his life in working in this company.

The marwari and gaddi culture is horrible and pathetic. HR department is always busy with the cultural programme and not intrested to solve any employee related problems or they do not have any authority to make decisions in my opinion.
