1. Good exposure as a fresher. 2. Opportunity to learn many different skills specially management skills rather than technical. 3. Kind of a mini MBA . 4. Job Security

1. Improper planning resulting in longer working hours(11+ on avg) 2. Only Saturday is off 3.No proper segregation of responsibility - You are responsible for everything. 4.Increment is very limited.

If you are okay with your job.you don't get fired. It is good company if you are getting recruited from thame college. Senior management team members are polite towards the employee.

Dislikes

In bottling plant there is no fixed time for job.Average working hours is 9-10 hours and six days in a week. Career growth is average except few people who is reporting to senior management team.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
