Likes

This institution can provide what you want for life. Good boss,great environment, supporting staff and lovely students. Fully job satisfaction and loyalty in that job. There is no pressure and grievances between anyone. Opportunity for everyone, sports,travel, vacation,timing everything is great. Yes you pay less but job is satisfy you.

Dislikes

Only thing is not good is pay. Salary is less and never ever be on time. If you work for that institute you have in mind that Salary hold of 2-3months

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
