I am working in this company from many years. One thing I like working here is if you have talent and hunger for learning then no one can stop your growth in this company. Internal politics and other things dont apply here. U just work hard and take reward. Owner of this company is a GEM. He never scolds you for mistakes instead he support you to correct them. My future is secure here.

Dislikes

Work timings are not fixed but hence this is construction field nowhere work timings are fixed. HR should need to take care of employees more.
