Company policy is good management is really good ,HR dept is excellent.

Lot of politics inside the dept and old employees will not allow new commers to learn or to come up in the organization to safe guard their jobs and it's my personal experience.

As a compan, Shriram Properties is good to work. The company always tries to keep it commitments towards its employees and it's a employee free company with 360 degree approach.

Dislikes

CSat needs to be taken care off by delivering the product on time, which is a big issue in the real estate industry and it is the only point of disadvantage of Shriram Properties.

Only this good about the company is the salary is on time 31st.

* Delay in incentives, usually they pay after a year and that too for the revenue which they make you do its worth chillar * Most properties of shriram are under litigation. All properties are delayed. * They force their employees to give postive feedback during great place to work survey. Join if you want to earn no incentive, toxic work culture and stagnant growth.
