Pro's: No pro's Con's: Management do partiality among employee, you have to sit till 7:30 in evening even if u have no work, culture is very toxic, no leave allowed, person specific company, no incentive and bonus.

Toxic work culture, very less pay compared to industry, management is partial, work from office even in lock down

As a compan, Shriram Properties is good to work. The company always tries to keep it commitments towards its employees and it's a employee free company with 360 degree approach.

Dislikes

CSat needs to be taken care off by delivering the product on time, which is a big issue in the real estate industry and it is the only point of disadvantage of Shriram Properties.

This is my first company and here all are treat like a family. This company help me to grownup and very safe environment for women's to work here. Very few companies give the opportunity to learn on the job role, which I found here. Seriously said that I happily love to work here.

Only this good about the company is the salary is on time 31st.

* Delay in incentives, usually they pay after a year and that too for the revenue which they make you do its worth chillar * Most properties of shriram are under litigation. All properties are delayed. * They force their employees to give postive feedback during great place to work survey. Join if you want to earn no incentive, toxic work culture and stagnant growth.
