Nothing much in particular. If you are a newbie to real estate, you get to learn about how real estate works and how this company functions.

Dislikes

Lowest Incentives (The variable pay is a scam to not pay out to the employees and they term as incentives), Micro Managing Higher Management, No work life balance. If your manager does not like you then you get 0 incentive inspite of working all weekends for the entire year. Forget your hard earned incentives if you are serving notice period. They need to study how does incentive system work in general all over the world. They are bleeding out money with all sorts of campaigns. Only the brand team, sales heads and digital team are given importance. Rest of the support teams are all treated worst. Hell lot of internal politics. You can't even take leaves normally unlike other companies because your manager decides when and how many days of leave you should take. P.S. You are in some serious BS if you got a chance to work under one of the Super micro managing psychotic ladies as a manager here!...Read More

I worked in north blore region. The GM and managers are very supportive. They helped me by giving training. They also encourage the junior engineers to senior engineer level.

You have to work as a contractor engineer. They neither give good contractor company nor proper rate to item rate of work. So much of micro contractors work in a project. They also not concentrate on quality and safety. Due to this, customers is blaming to the company. Better to improve in EPC. ( Engineering, procurement and construction )

* Delay in incentives, usually they pay after a year and that too for the revenue which they make you do its worth chillar * Most properties of shriram are under litigation.
