The Company is open to ideas and innovation but reluctant to apply, Being an essential commodity manufacturer we were 24*7 into working but on the other hand observing the health issue of staffs safety norms of COVID-19 to maintain the office working culture was not maintained, but on other hand when COVID was not there all was fine.

In today's world we are very much into green environment but here too much of paper work, rest all ok.

Nothing to dislike but some engineer don't co-operate with workers, they talk like as they are the owners of the company, bad behaviour with contract workers

Leave policy is very bad.SAP system is very poor.and also Company do not provide Medical insurance to their employees.Food charges completely on employees.
