Do not strive to work for SGi if you have another offer from others employer.During this pandemic period ,I was being with this employer. Howwver ,they have utilized this pandemic fully for thier own sake.despite direct separation they have pretexted for transfer offshore which is virtually not feasible for a candidate .And eventually one land for separation .Dear All ,very pathetic and unprecedented work culture which includes partiality ,lack of apathy and many more can not describled in a word. I would suggest do not go for the employer if you die hard do not have any offer in your kitty .Moreover ,there are instances of salary kept on Hold .Total lack of professionalism and indifferent work culture.I should rate one out of ten .rest depands on tou guys what to do as we all are matured and 18 plus....Read More
