No proper management.. No human resources policy.. They will give you job and treat you lile badhua majdoor.. No canteen not even allowed to have lunch at flexible time.. They will promise variable part in your offer and when it's time to gove they will just refuse without giving any reasons. Worst management.. MD & CEO is so called management level.. He will poke his nose into others work check what is doing what in their phone and scold. You can't even get you out from there once entered they make you sign a bond for two year.. Even if you have properly work.. It might be possible that you won't any money at FNF.. totally based on MD AND CEO.. how his mood is to deal this.....Read More

The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language
