I didn't get my recognition because of the management level is worst. Company policies are good but salary hike is only higher level. Proudly saying they give bonus every year.

Am worked 8 years of our concern but I didn't get my recognition. Very lower salary given. Career development is zero. There is lot of politics unfortunately I resigned my job.

The job really interesting and am not struggled any points. I learnt and doing everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles and responsibilities with many of team.
