ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO JOB SECURITY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY KIND OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY JUST HIRE YOU AT FREAKIN LOW SALARIES AND PRESSURISE YOU DO THE JOBS OF OTHER SENIORS OF THE BRANCH AS WELL. THEY ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR EMPLOYEES.
