No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. the company's culture is extremely toxic, with no regard for employees' well-being or mental health. the management uses fear and intimidation to control employees, who live in constant stress and anxiety. female employees are treated unfairly, with no opportunities for growth or promotion. they are often subjected to bias, discrimination, and harassment. working hrs.' are long and grueling, with employees forced to work beyond 7:30-8pm, and sometimes even sundays and ever month last Sunday as a closing sunday. the company claims to offer flexible working hours, but in reality, employees are expected to be available 24/7. if you try to leave or resign, the management will try guilt trip you into staying, or worse, threaten to ruin your reputation or make it difficult for you to find another job. the HR department is ineffective and unresponsive, with no genuine interest in addressing employees' concern or resolving conflicts. they are more interested in protecting the company's interests than in supporting employees. the company's infrastructure is outdated and poorly maintained, with unhygienic washrooms, inadequate parking, and insufficient amenities. employees are expected to work in a dirty and uncomfortable environment. the company claims offer competitive salaries, but in reality, employees are underpaid (even managers salary is nearby 26k) and overworked. incentives and bonuses are rarely paid to the back-office executive and when they are, they are minimal and unpredictable (like 500-600 rupees). the management is unprofessional, with no respect for employees' boundaries or personal space. they often use abusive language, make unreasonable demands, and humiliate employees in front of their colleagues, and they promoted uneducated sales executive who even don't know basics off computers and management, they are the seniors who only care about the meetings of targets and filling their own pockets. if you value your mental health, well-being and dignity, stay away from this company. they will chew you up and spit you out, leaving you burned out and traumatized. you deserve better than to be treated like this....Read More

I have been working in Shriram for 17 years. In these 17 years, I have grown from executive to branch manager. If you keep working here as per the expectations of the management, you will keep getting regular growth and promotion. Here, if you work well and honestly, your job is also secure.

Yes, I don't like one thing here, if you are week in working for 6 months or 1 year or do not give your performance, then the eyes of the management will turn red on you, no matter how much good work you have done in your last 15 years, but one thing. If you do bad work, the management will become so strict on you that they will give you a transferCan even give demotion.
