I learner lot in samil , i improve my skills , I feel my job security also . Good work environment , staff and seniors management are supportive

Dislikes

There is nothing that I'm going to dislike . So i loved my job as well as my company

Work Details

The job is quite interesting . I struggled a lot in beginning as i dnt have experience of automobile. But I learnt and doing a multiple task that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team and organization

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
